As the lead administrative professional for Team NuVision, Rick James provides executive level assistance to Mr. Self and manages Team NuVision’s daily functions. Rick is a seasoned Executive, Manager and Personal Assistant with over 20 years in the field and has extensive experiences with all administrative tasks to include: Project Management; calendar maintenance, preparation of correspondence and technical presentations, coordination of travel arrangements (both domestically and internationally), facilitation of meeting arrangements, conference and event planning.
Rick has served as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant and Senior Education Specialist to C-Level executives in the private sector, healthcare administration and medical education in the Washington, DC area, San Diego, CA, and New York City. Rick is an advocate for Global health and has participated in medical missions to help raise awareness and offer better healthcare to the citizens of Haiti. In addition, he’s been a long-time supporter of Mr. and Mrs. Self while building their dream. Rick has played an active role at just about every Team NuVision event in: Orlando, New Orleans, DC, Long Beach, Chicago, and the Bay Area.
Rick currently resides in Maryland and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, the LA Lakers, the Washington Redskins, live music, summers on the beach and winters on the slopes.
